7. Receive DAILY updates of new MLS listings via e-mail.
8. Have your One Stop For Las Vegas Homes Team Agent prepare and submit your offer.
9. Secure financing.
10. Schedule inspections.
11. Sign the closing documents and collect your rebate at closing.
12. Receive your house keys.
