So who better than to pick up the phone and tell your friends and family that your house is for sale and do they know anyone who would they like to buy it. That’s where the 2% Listing fee comes in to play. When you find the buyer – you only pay a 2% listing fee. You did the work so you reap the benefits. I still do ALL the paperwork and help with all of the stages of the sale all the way to the closing.

3% Commission to Sell Your Las Vegas & Henderson Home

buy2I have a huge data base of past clients and investors and referring agents… So if I find the buyer then I get paid a 3% Listing Fee. Now I can still, if you wanted me to, contact your friends and family on your behave and send them a postcard or flyer in the mail. I can also send your neighbors a Just Listed flyer telling the whole area that your home is for sale. When we sit down and talk about how best to list your home we will go over who sends out the notifications.

Feb 3rd 036Once your home is listed on the Las Vegas multiple listing service and IF another Las Vegas Real Estate Agent brings you a buyer then he/she would like to get paid for their services. The listing agreement now becomes a 4% Listing Fee. I would get paid a 2% commission and the buyer’s agent would also get paid a 2% commission.
