0% Commission

When you find your own buyer and you do all the paperwork then you pay ZERO at closing.

1% Commission

Once you find your own buyer, if you need help with the paperwork, the inspections, addendums, negotiations etc, then you pay a 1% commission at closing.

3% Commission

IF I find the buyer then you pay me 3% Commission at closing.

4% commission

If another agent on the multiple listing service finds the buyer then you pay 4% commission at closing .I would get paid a 2% commission and the buyer’s agent get paid a 2% commission.

That’s still 2% less than the average listing agreement with another agent.

Full Service

Your Home will be  listed on the multiple listing service (MLS) with 25+ photos.
